- 2 / 5By Diana Angi StavrouVery disappointed in the treatment my mother received here. We had a VERY special family reunion planned here for lunch on 12/10/16. My mom brought Christmas cookies on a silver plate which is a family heirloom given to her by her mother. She realized she left it there when getting home and called them. They said they had it. When she arrived the next morning to pick it up, it was no where to be found. I feel so bad for her and am just more upset because we have had such a good relationship until now with Doubletree as we had our wedding there in 2013 and everything was perfect.July 06, 2016
